We collect information you choose to provide when you contact us, request a consultation, submit a support request, or work with us. Depending on the interaction, this includes your name, company, email address, telephone number, project or service details, correspondence, and other information you supply.

Our support form requests your name, email, company, subject, and issue details. Optional fields cover the topic, business impact, affected page or feature, and timing. Consultation booking takes place through an embedded iClosed service that requests contact and scheduling information.

Website technologies may also collect IP addresses, browser and device information, pages visited, and interactions through cookies, server logs, and similar technologies. See the cookies section below.

Please do not enter passwords, payment-card details, patient information, or other sensitive or confidential information into ordinary inquiry or support forms. You may decline to provide information, but we may then be unable to respond to a request or provide a requested service.

Averane does not sell personal information for money. Advertising-related disclosures can be classified differently under applicable privacy laws; this statement does not mean that every analytics or advertising disclosure is exempt from those laws. We may disclose information when required by applicable law or valid legal process, or as reasonably necessary to protect legal rights, investigate fraud or security incidents, or protect people and services, subject to applicable law.

Mobile telephone information and SMS consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Providers helping deliver and support an SMS program may process that information for the program.

Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising

The Website uses cookies and similar technologies that can support operation, preferences, measurement, and marketing. These technologies may collect identifiers or other information treated as personal information by applicable law. Google Tag Manager is installed to manage configured tags; its presence alone does not mean that every Google service is active.

Email Communications

You may unsubscribe from promotional emails by clicking the unsubscribe link included in those messages or contacting us at sayhi@weareaverane.com.

We will process unsubscribe requests in accordance with applicable requirements. You may still receive non-promotional communications related to active projects, requested services, or other administrative matters.

Averane does not condone spam or unauthorized use of contact information.

SMS and Consent

Averane plans to offer SMS communications. We will send SMS only after obtaining your consent to the relevant messaging program. Providing a telephone number, booking a consultation, or accepting this Privacy Policy does not by itself constitute consent to promotional texts.

The consent request will identify the program and the types of messages you agree to receive. Depending on your choice, messages may concern inquiries, requested services, appointments, or support. Promotional texts require separate express consent. Consent to promotional texts is not a condition of purchasing services.

Message frequency may vary by program and interaction. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, or contact sayhi@weareaverane.com to withdraw consent. Reply HELP for assistance where supported, or email us. A confirmation of your opt-out may be sent as permitted by law.

Our restriction on sharing mobile information and SMS consent for others’ marketing is described above. SMS will not be activated without the applicable consent and opt-out process.

Children’s Privacy

Our Website and services are not intended for children under 14. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 14.

Privacy Requests and Rights

Email sayhi@weareaverane.com to ask about your personal information or request access, correction, or deletion. Explain your request and the ordinary contact information you used with Averane. Do not send government identification or sensitive documents unless a necessary, secure verification process has been explained to you.

Depending on your location, the information involved, and whether a law applies to Averane, you may have rights to access or obtain a copy of information, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, opt out of certain sales, sharing or targeted advertising, restrict certain processing, or appeal a denied request. Some laws also allow authorized agents to act on your behalf. These rights are subject to applicable verification requirements and legal exceptions.

We will handle requests and any applicable appeals in accordance with the law that governs the request. To ask us to review a response, reply to it or email us with “Privacy Appeal” in the subject. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as our practices or applicable requirements change. Updates will be posted at this same URL with a revised date.

We will provide additional notice or obtain consent for material changes when required by applicable law. A policy revision does not remove rights that applicable law gives you.

Retention and Security

For questions about the retention of information associated with you, or to request deletion, contact sayhi@weareaverane.com. Applicable legal obligations, ongoing service needs, and preservation requirements may affect whether particular records can be deleted. A deletion request does not automatically require the removal of records that applicable law permits or requires us to keep.

No method of transmitting or storing information can be guaranteed completely secure. Avoid sending passwords or highly sensitive information through ordinary website forms or email. Contact us if you believe information associated with your interactions with Averane has been compromised.

Third-Party and Client Services

Third-party links and embedded services have their own privacy notices and terms. Review them before providing information. Our iClosed booking interface links to its Privacy Policy and Invitee Terms.

This notice describes Averane’s Website and business communications. A client’s website or service may have a separate privacy notice. For information you provide through a client’s service, review that client’s notice and direct privacy questions to that organization.

This policy does not promise that providers process or store all information in a particular country. Contact us with questions about a provider or the handling of your information.
